Can anyone use the service?
The service is available to anybody 20 years old or above, there is no upper age limit. adults must have less than a Level 2 Qualification and must live in Staffordshire or Stoke-on-Trent.
Will I have to pay to use the service?
No, the service is completely free.
How can I access the nextstep service?
The best way to access the service is to call the Free Helpline on 0800 2980234. The advisers will give you the information you need or book you an advice session. You can also Ask Adam for advice.
When can I contact nextstep?
Advisers from the Helpline are available to answer your call 5 days a week: Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm (except Bank Holidays) You can leave a phone message or contact us by e-mail or via the nextstep website 24 hours a day throughout the year.
What is the nextstep Delivery Network
The service is delivered by Connexions Staffordshire and by the nextstep Delivery Network, which now has 17 subcontracted partners who deliver the service across the county and city of Stoke-on-Trent. 16 of the organisations delivering the service are matrix accredited with the other working towards the standard. The network covers a wide geographical area and is diverse in nature, consisting of a wide range of organisations working with very specific groups of adults. Who funds the nextstep service?
The nextstep service is funded by the Learning & Skills Council.
How do I become a nextstep sub-contracted partner?
