What is nextstep?
nextstep is a free service for all adults in Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent and is designed to help them improve their skills or get a qualification.
How can nextstep help you as an employer?
We can offer your employees a free advice session and give them information on upskilling or obtaining qualifications. We may even be able to come into the workplace and speak to them at lunch or any other suitable time. We can also provide information on any free training that may be available such as Train to Gain.
Why should I upskill my workforce?
Well, excluding the common misconception that many employees leave after obtaining qualifications there are a number of key benefits to training and upskilling your workforce. These include:
